Under no circumstances may you use my art to train AI or for crypto of any sorts.

Do not modify my art in any way, if you want something changed soon after already approving everything, please inform me and I will be happy to make any modifications.

I am free to refuse a commission for any reason and will not tolerate arguing about it if I do not give a reason or my reason is unsatisfactory. I draw with my own comfort in mind as well as the commissioner’s, so please respect that.

If you do not wish for me to use a commissioned piece, then please do inform me as soon as possible. I will always use any of my art as examples when I see it necessary, and if you’d prefer I didn’t use your commissioned work as part of those examples then once again, inform me.

Full or half payment must be given once a sketch is approved to proceed into the next part of the piece. Please keep in mind that if half of the payment is given, then I will only refine the piece until the payment has been completed.

If for some reason I cancel your commission and you had already paid, I will give you a full refund. If you deem it necessary to back out of a commission that hasn’t begun progress yet then do let me know as soon as possible and I will provide a full refund. However, if you back out of a commission that already has progress, I will do a partial refund depending on what progress had been done.

If you request multiple polished sketches, please keep in mind that these will add onto the original set price of the commission.

Please avoid using my art in a way that will result in you getting money from it in any way.

Agreeing to my terms of service means you are fine with the consequences that come with breaking these terms.

I will be providing a random amount of doodles of any random kind for free for any commissions $20 and over! (NEW)

There is a chance your commission will take some time. I have a lot of things going on and though I can make space for commissions, life is unpredictable. But do not fret, I will always inform you of any issues that may cause delay and update you when I am working on your commission or if I ever have an estimate about when your commission piece will be finished!

Additional characters in a piece will require half of the original payment to add them in (50% of the original price if this makes more sense) and may raise depending on complexity of the character.

If you request for a complex background, please keep in mind this will always raise the price of the commission. The more complex, the more time needed to make it, and the more money requested as a result.

You may 100% ask for a redesign of any sorts, let that be monsterfying or changing the species of your character, etc. I only request that you be exact about what you want as it will greatly help me in finalizing the price.

If you provide a character that isn’t yours and not from a form of media, depending on what is requested I may ask for proof of permission to proceed with what is commissioned.

Provide an example pose or sketch if you are able to, this is very helpful in letting me know what exactly is wanted. Even if it is just a few shapes with lines, as long as the idea is present I can work with what I am given!

More complexity will always make prices rise.
